Workday Absence Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Absence/Benefits Lead to manage their implementation of Workday applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Absence Management and Benefits for ERP projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and optimization
• Oversee day-to-day workstream activities, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and configuration
• Facilitate knowledge transfer related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Workday Certified in Absence Management and Benefits (Comp can substitute for benefits)
• 3 to 5 years of recent experience in ERP and Absence Management implementation and upgrades
• Completion of one full implementation with Workday ERP and certification in Absence or Integration
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
