Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Absence/Benefits Lead to manage their implementation of Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Absence Management and Benefits for ERP projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and optimization
- Oversee day-to-day workstream activities, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and configuration
- Facilitate knowledge transfer related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Workday Certified in Absence Management and Benefits (Comp can substitute for benefits)
- 3 to 5 years of recent experience in ERP and Absence Management implementation and upgrades
- Completion of one full implementation with Workday ERP and certification in Absence or Integration
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
