Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Adaptive Principal Consultant to join their team of experts and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and configure Workday Spend modules to meet client needs
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
- Conduct workshops and provide training to clients on Workday Adaptive Planning functionality
Required Qualifications
- Workday Certification and hands-on experience in one or more FIN modules
- Experience leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
- Demonstrated understanding of industry knowledge in Higher Education, Government, Healthcare, NFP, and/or Commercial sectors
- Experience in gathering business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and Workday configuration
- Ability to manage work and mentor junior team members
