Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Data Project Manager to support workforce planning needs through data integration and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build queries with cross-functional partners to redesign the labor allocation system into more granular dayparts
- Integrate hourly labor allocation data into Workday
- Develop a system to track and analyze hourly staffing effectiveness and implement strategies for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday's labor planning functionalities
- Advanced SQL experience and familiarity with data architecture and flows
- Exceptional data manipulation and visualization experience (Sigma/Tableau)
- Experience in an operations environment in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
