Workday Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations across the healthcare enterprise, the full-time remote Workday Financial Analyst will manage system configuration, data integrity, and reporting while acting as a liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules, ensuring minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements
• Collaborate with Finance and operational leaders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support financial decision-making and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials or similar ERP systems
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Experience with reporting tools within Workday, including dashboards and report writing
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
