Workday Talent Operations Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Talent Operations Lead to manage HR projects within the Workday Talent module.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal clients to understand and document business and functional requirements
- Lead HR business projects related to the Talent module to achieve operational objectives
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure data quality and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5 years of experience with HR systems and 3 years in project management
- Experience with the Workday Talent module and its functionalities
- Understanding of the impact of technology on HR functions
- Workday Pro Certification in Talent is preferred
