Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative for the Southeast region, fully remote from anywhere in the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
• Manage a caseload of loss time claims across multiple jurisdictions, including FL, GA, NC, SC, and AL
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate communication with claimants, attorneys, and medical providers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in handling workers' compensation claims
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with lost time or litigated claims
• Active adjuster license(s) required in FL, NC, and SC
• Familiarity with medical terminology and handling multiple jurisdictions
