Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and ensure timely resolution
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients, and report claims to excess carriers

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Workers Compensation experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computations
• WA license required
