Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations (Workers Compensation Claims) specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill medical claims
  • Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to maximize payments
  • Resolve denied claims and contribute to denial reports and audits

Required Qualifications and Training
  • Desire to grow a career in claims management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Technical proficiency to operate multiple computer screens and software applications
  • Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a plus
  • Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment
