Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations (Workers Compensation Claims) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill medical claims
- Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to maximize payments
- Resolve denied claims and contribute to denial reports and audits
Required Qualifications and Training
- Desire to grow a career in claims management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Technical proficiency to operate multiple computer screens and software applications
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a plus
- Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment
