Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver high-quality service
Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with Best Practices
Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, promoting a culture of performance

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
High School Diploma
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in Oregon and Washington State
Prior leadership experience overseeing indemnity/lost time claims adjusters
Bachelor's Degree desired
