Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Premium Audit Manager for Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees employees in the Premium Audit function and ensures accurate risk calculations
  • Conducts premium audits, reviews results with stakeholders, and resolves discrepancies
  • Responsible for staff performance, coaching, and ensuring team meets performance targets

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of premium audit experience focused on workers' compensation
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred
