Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Premium Audit Manager for Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees employees in the Premium Audit function and ensures accurate risk calculations
- Conducts premium audits, reviews results with stakeholders, and resolves discrepancies
- Responsible for staff performance, coaching, and ensuring team meets performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of premium audit experience focused on workers' compensation
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Associates in Premium Audit Program (APA) certification preferred
