Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze workforce data to provide critical support to the Financial Intelligence Unit
- Develop and support workforce management models for BSA/AML and Fraud departments
- Design and deploy workforce management and model monitoring frameworks to assess performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 3+ years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in banking and workforce management is a plus
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
