A company is looking for a Workforce Scheduling Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop staffing schedules to meet customer demand efficiently
  • Analyze contact center patterns and evaluate key performance metrics for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of contact center staff's schedules and staffing-related information

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize, make independent decisions, and manage time effectively
  • Workforce management scheduling experience highly preferred
