Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Analytics Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards, or reports for human capital management decisions
- Provide real-time and forecasted data for workforce planning and influencing business outcomes
- Utilize data analysis, visualization, forecasting, and modeling to drive decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in an analytical role
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting, and modeling
- Experience with SQL or similar language preferred
- Experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Management, People Analytics, or HR/organizational people data systems preferred
