Job Summary
A company is looking for a Forecast Analyst, Workforce Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical call volume and staffing trends to produce forecasts for various timeframes
- Incorporate seasonal trends and business events into volume projections
- Monitor actual vs. forecast variance and maintain forecasting models using statistical tools
Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, data analytics, or workforce planning
- 2+ years of experience with forecasting/reporting tools (e.g., Verint, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and dynamic charts
- Experience with call center metrics and drivers
