Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forecast Analyst, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze historical call volume and staffing trends to produce forecasts for various timeframes
  • Incorporate seasonal trends and business events into volume projections
  • Monitor actual vs. forecast variance and maintain forecasting models using statistical tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • 3+ years of experience in forecasting, data analytics, or workforce planning
  • 2+ years of experience with forecasting/reporting tools (e.g., Verint, R, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and dynamic charts
  • Experience with call center metrics and drivers
