Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Workplace Giving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of the Workplace Giving program, including United Way and Combined Federal Campaigns
  • Track and analyze data to evaluate trends and opportunities for fundraising
  • Create and deliver internal and external communication plans and training sessions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in fundraising or program management
  • Experience with fundraising principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Salesforce experience is desired
  • Operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs
