Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Workplace Giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the Workplace Giving program, including United Way and Combined Federal Campaigns
- Track and analyze data to evaluate trends and opportunities for fundraising
- Create and deliver internal and external communication plans and training sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in fundraising or program management
- Experience with fundraising principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Salesforce experience is desired
- Operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs
