Qualifications Include: 2+ years of corporate travel counselor experience. Must have strong international reservations experience. Knowledge of Sabre and/or Apollo GDS experience. Strong knowledge International Faring, Airline upgrade procedures, and Hotel amenities.
Providing information and answering questions. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: 1 year of recent cruise industry or call center experience. Related cruise industry experience. Ability to provide a high level of service, patience, professionalism and kindness.
Must be willing to travel to Los Angeles for training. Empathetic, outgoing, and friendly and have excellent people skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Significant experience in customer service, and are a master of multitasking. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
