Core Responsibilities of this position include: Managing a portfolio of $30M in gross annual revenue with 10-50 FTEs. Overseeing and directing the operations management of multiple Employee Health Clinics. Managing the relationship of up to 10 clients.
50-50 remote work vs on-site and travel within 30-minute radius of DC. 3+ years clinical RN experience. Case/Care management experience with multiple concurrent accounts/cases. High level competency with MS Office, especially Excel. Current RN license required.
Ability to travel and manage a demanding schedule. Computer literacy and the ability to learn essential software programs. BA/ BS Degree required. Excellent project management abilit. Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication. Working knowledge of FDA, OIG requirements.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. 8+ years experience in healthcare. Minimum of 4 years working within an analytics function. Minimum of 4 years working with clients/customers. Advanced experience and expertise in review and application of various analytic methods.
