Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience creating and managing marketing campaigns (online and offline) in an analytical environment. Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and results.
Consulting with business leaders on change management strategies. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Ability to travel 25% of the time. 5+ years of experience with organizational change strategy. 5+ years of experience facilitating training or workshops, and coaching.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Data Science or equivalent. Experience working in Oracle databases and/or other relational databases. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL, this includes editing stored procedures, as well as writing functions, triggers, and packages.
