Three or more years of related professional experience. Excellent writing and editing skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into simple, approachable language. Experience creating digital content, managing social media, and tracking performance data.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some night, weekend and holiday hours. Experience with social analytics and data analysis. Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7+ years of audience development, partnership and/or social marketing experience. Strong data and analytical skills. Proven ability to attract audiences to new business lines and iterate on consumer needs. 7+ years experience at a high volume/multi-vertical publisher/platform.
Experience in organizing and planning on activities at community, familiar with social medias operation. Strong English verbal and written ability. Sensitive to data, a strong logical, data mining and analysis ability.
