Position Requirements Include: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service call center environment. Customer service focused attitude and behavior. Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry, navigating PCs, navigating the internet. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery and data analytics. Strives in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up. A high level of business acumen and experience working with CE0 level personnel.
Collect and document data to facilitate measurement of case management. Utilize applicable sources of information to identify, assess, and enroll patients. Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the ICT or external programs. Skills and Requirements Include:
Deep understanding of data warehouse design, including relational and dimensional modeling. Knowledge of Agile methodologies for application development and delivery. Understand SDLC development process; including requirements, design, construction, testing, installation and implementation.

Skills and Requirements Include: Some overnight travel required. Experience/relationships with national retailers. Experience with Syndicated data and Business Intelligence reporting tools. Strong PPT/Presentation building skills. Strong MS Excel report management skills.
Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment. 5 years of experience in client facing role in health care related program delivery / program management. 5 years of previous data analysis, process documentation, and process improvement experience.
