Implement all care management reviews. Utilize outcomes data to improve ongoing care management services. Qualifications for this position include: RN (Registered Nurse) license. 3-5 years of related, progressive clinical experience. Experience in a clinical setting.
Bachelor’s degree in registered nursing or equivalent experience. Active RN license unrestricted in WestVirginia. 1+ Years’ Experience with Health and Wellness Initiatives. Data analysis background and report interpretation capabilities. Proficiency with MS Office applications.
