A design company has an open position for a Telecommuting Digital Product Support Engineer Tier 2. Core Responsibilities Include: Responding to and engaging qualified customer inquiries and requests. Comparing, analyzing, and escalating user requests to Product and Engineering teams.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Experienced product manager with a deep understanding of user-centered design and an interest in digital publishing tools. Able to communicate with engineers, designers, and other product team staff.
Set and manage client expectations. Design and maintain detailed project plans. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Minimum three years experience as a client-facing project manager. Experience in the training field. Expertise in driving digital media.
Located in the Central time zones across North America to help provide coverage for our customers in the US. Weekend availability and flexibility to help ensure our customers are always assisted regardless of when they reach out. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
