Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience. Education and prior work experience as an allied healthcare professional. 4 years direct patient care experience and comfort with peer-to-peer clinical discussions. Familiarity with different types of patient adherence tools and approaches.
Understanding of key managed care concepts and terms (e. g. pmpm, CPT, ICD coding, HCPCS, DRG, etc) Experience with data analysis and reporting, and knowledge of data visualization software packages. Must meet technical experience requirements listed by company.
