Developing and maintaining associated training documentation, desk guides and SOPs. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: 2-4 years’ experience working within DoD procurement systems. 1-2 years’ experience performing functional administration of DoD procurement.
Candidates will be responsible for the following: Resolving issues that had been logged through HelpDesk. Performing application support and maintenance. Managing product quality with proper tracking. Qualifications for this position include: Willing to work on-call, on-site.
