Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 5-8 years direct experience supporting helpdesk operations. HDI certification. Significant hands-on experience with ITSM tools. All other requirements as listed by the company.
Valid Virginia Driver’s License. 6+ years’ experience in IT support / helpdesk positions. Substantial experience performing technical and system analysis / diagnostics. Experience with device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting.
Utilizing an electronic HelpDesk ticketing system. Qualifications Include: 30% travel. Above average ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Must possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.
1 years of experience migrating and managing AWS workloads. 3 years of Linux system administration experience. 7 years of IT infrastructure experience overall. Experience on a service desk. Experience automating things with shell scripts, AWS CLI, or other tools.
