Skills and Requirements Include: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting as either a medical assistant or central scheduler. Previous experience working with an EHR system. Strong PC skills and can provide relevent examples of PC troublehsooting. Strong interpersonal skills.
Performs onsite, remote and recorded training. Working Administrator/ Configuration knowledge of the Kronos Workforce Central application. Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience delivering superior customer service, support or help desk services.
Approximately 10 years in Healthcare Sales, particularly selling to medical insurance plans. 5+ years selling Healthcare SaaS. Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Able to work from Central time zone. Have experience working with Salesforce.
