RN or Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline. At least three (3) years’ experience working with members with a behavioral health condition. Excellent supervisory skills, including oversight of timeliness of work product and staff efficiencies.
Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable. Defining, communicating and managing individual and team metrics when applicable. Advising client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action.
Leading a small team of SAP FIN resources. Required Skills: Initial travel up to 10% to client sites. 5+ years of strong SAP ECC finance knowledge and experience. Experience with incident management, configuration, and testing. Experience with Accounts Receivable processing.
Bachelor's Degree in a health related field. 5 years of case management experience with at least 1 year focused on the elderly or disabled population. 9 years of professional human service experience. Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Managing Oversight teams, which include running pilots, deploying resources where needed. Qualifications for this position include: Direct OPM experience. 5 years min of management experience. 5 years of Operations or quality review experience. OPM cleared.
