Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, HumanResources or related field of study. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or corporate compensation. Direct support of sales organization(s) including incentive design and administration.
CPC or CCS-P or equivalent certification or related, relevant experience. Demonstrable knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and coding. Knowledge of third party reimbursement regulations and billing practices. Moderate knowledge of level 1 & 2 modifiers.
Independently making decisions and utilizing available resources to meet customer needs. Performing sales calls and vendor relations with all customers. Required Skills: Working in the field. 2+ years of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
