4-6 years of UX design experience. Bachelor's degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience. Strong design chops with the portfolio to prove it. Ability to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
Maintaining a deep understanding of products, services, resources/skillsets and delivery methodologies. Supporting the Sales organization with pre-sales discovery and scoping. Understanding customers’ business objectives, success measures or other key performance indicators.
Managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Participating in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiating pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Position Requirements Include:
