Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, HumanResources or related field of study. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales compensation or corporate compensation. Direct support of sales organization(s) including incentive design and administration.
Ability to travel to sites throughout North America. 3-5 Years Sales Experience. Technical Aptitude Desired. Mechanical Aptitude Desired. Must be able to manage Internal Resource Coordination that is used on a daily basis. Strong computer knowledge.
