An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute InstructionalDesigner. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Interviewing and gathering content from subject matter experts. Analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Being responsible for corporate training course design and production. Developing course objective plans through SME interviews. Building a deep understanding of the subject matter. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
Providing oversight of program delivery. Preparing, or contributing to cohesive, in-depth design documents. Skills and Requirements Include: 6-9 years’ experience in a training capacity in curriculum design/development. BS or MS degree in InstructionalDesign, Education or Management.
Consult and design solutions across all services. Provide work effort/timeline estimation, planning, presentations and documents. Project manage business development. Qualifications for this position include: Bachelor’s Degree in InstructionalDesign or L&D-related field.
3 – 5 years experience designing and developing software related courses. Demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for both a technical audience and a business user audience. Background in Life Sciences and/or the SaaS domain. Excellent analytical and writing skills.
Previous experience in InstructionalDesign and/or Curriculum Design. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and learning. Experience in course or instructionaldesign. Experience with project management via electronic means. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
Qualifications Include: Ph. D. in a related discipline OR an M. S. , M. A, or MBA and experience. Teaching experience at the college level. Experience in instructionaldesign or curriculum development. Experience with Open Educational Resources (OER) Commitment to alternative education models.
