Attend company events as needed. Customer service experience required. Associates degree or equivalent on the job training. Experience in Help Desk/Support environment. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Word. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Appropriate coding certifications as outlined in the job description. Must demonstrate a level of knowledge and understanding of ICD and/or CPT coding principles. 3+ years of experience providing coding services. Must be able to achieve an acceptable accuracy rate on the coding test.
