Qualifications Include: 10% travel. NetApp Support Specialist Certification (NAHSE, NCSE, ONTAP Specialist NCSE) 8-10+ years of experience in a technical support role. NetApp experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Availability to be in on-call rotation.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work varied shifts, seven days per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Tech savvy.
