Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance. A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities. Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm.
Ensuring the company complies with all national, multi-state and local legal statutes and employment laws. Collaborating with Compliance Manager on policy and procedure compliance. Skills and Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business or a related field.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Supply Chain. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Must be a licensed healthcare professional (ie, registered nurse); or equivalent work experience required. 2 years of clinical monitoring experience with oncology or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
