Provide clinical and technical input into hemodialysis (HD) device development from the perspective of future end-users. Provide direct dialysis nursing care to patients in either supervised clinical settings or patients’ homes. Develop nursing and patient training material for HD therapy.

Effectively facilitate learning and learner development. Facilitate active and ongoing classroom management. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: MSN or BSN with Masters required. Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
3+ years case management experience. 5 years RN clinical practice experience in home care. Must be a registered Nurse. 1-3 years experience in occupational nursing and case management. Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Developing the plan of care and providing comprehensive care coordination and supervisory oversight of the care of the patients. Qualifications for this position include: 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates.
Developing deep relationships with members and/or their caregivers. Skills and Requirements Include: Training program onsite in San Antonio, TX - Monday through Friday and will last six weeks. Minimum of 5 years recent clinical experience preferably in a hospital, home care or similar setting.
Develop plan of care in conjunction with the patient's significant other, provider and payer. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: BSN from accredited university. Active RN license. Training and/or experience in Utilization, Case or Quality Management.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office. Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment, strong decision-making skills and well-developed interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to: Develop and implement a case management plan in collaboration with the member. Conduct face-to-face or home visits as required. Complete comprehensive assessments of members per regulated timelines. Qualifications Include: 25- 40% local travel required.
