Assisting subscribers with technical support, account questions, and travel advice. Communicating with the community on social media, Facebook messenger, and in chat. Flagging issues and opportunities to delight members to other teams. Position Requirements Include:
Excellent presentation, collaboration, and communication skills. Strong technical understanding of mobile app technologies. Ability to conceive and iterate product features based on data. Ability to grow product users. Familiarity with analytics packages.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of geography as well as a respect for a diversity of cultures, languages, and people.
