A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Support Customer Service Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing support to customers. Providing solutions to technical issues.
Must be able to: Manage all technical/functional aspects of service delivery. Monitor client services and manage resource consumption and capacity. Provide centralized coordination of all remediation efforts. Qualifications Include:
BA/BS Degree related to program design or management. 7 years of experience. 3 years with providing high level technical assistance/consultation. 3-5 years of progressive supervisory/ management experience. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Bachelor’s degree in related IT field, or equivalent experience. Current Splunk Certified Architect Certification. DoD 8570 certification in the IAT Level III and/or CNDSP tier. 7+ years experience in a technical IT position. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma. 2-3 years of technical experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Administration support experience in a healthcare industry. Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications to clients. BS in Computer Science, CIS, or work experience may be substituted accompanied with a high school diploma/GED.
10 years professional work experience. Knowledge of stormwater with respect to policy, hydraulics, etc. Familiarity with the Clean Water Act and NPDES regulations. Demonstrated technical writing skills. BA/S with focus on Environmental Engineering or related.
In person interview, depending on your location. Minimum 1 year administrative or technical support experience. High School Diploma. Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have accessibility to high-speed DSL or Cable modem.
