A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Support Customer Service Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing support to customers. Providing solutions to technical issues.
Providing technical support in sales calls and solution presentations. Translating customer business objectives and requirements into solutions. Responding to customer questions and objections on technical issues. Skills and Requirements Include: Travel requirements, up to 40%
BA/BS Degree related to program design or management. 7 years of experience. 3 years with providing high level technical assistance/consultation. 3-5 years of progressive supervisory/ management experience. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Attend and facilitate meetings. Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business discipline. 3 years’ relevant experience (8 years’ additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree) Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials.

Strong working knowledge of Windows OS. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications to clients. BS in Computer Science, CIS, or work experience may be substituted accompanied with a high school diploma/GED.
