A provider of marketing and customer engagement solutions has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative in Billings. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Travel: 30% Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of consumer lending experience. 3+ years of experience working in an analytical or technical role. Experience working as part of a new system implementation team.
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications to clients. BS in Computer Science, CIS, or work experience may be substituted accompanied with a high school diploma/GED.
Engaging and managing external expertise for advanced strategic and technical guidance and execution. Clarifying and helping enforce lines of authority on key subjective areas of expertise related to website. Required Skills: Experience in web product management.
Create a delightful customer experience. Qualifications Include: High School diploma or equivalent. Six months of more of customer service experience. Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements.
