A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Platform Technical Product Manager. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Solving deep technical problems and driving performance.
Bachelor's degree in related field (human-computer interaction, business information technology, computer science technology, information systems, technical communications, engineering, or cognitive science) Experience with API interface testing tools (Postman, Paw, etc)
Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to build rapport with business and technical contacts within accounts. Excellent communication skills (questioning, listening, presentation, writing) Strong prospecting/ calling skills.
Responding to inbound phone contacts to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues. Supporting one of the largest technology companies in the world. Qualifications for this position include: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. High School Diploma or GED.
