A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Customer Service Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing support to customers. Providing solutions to technical issues.
Ability to analyze health related data and assist grantees to make data informed driven decisions. Demonstrated experience with the provision of ongoing consultation or technical assistance. Experience addressing the health needs of children from diverse backgrounds.
CompTIA Security+ technical certification, or ability to achieve within 6M of hire date. Bachelor’s Degree; and/or Certified Radiology Technologist; or 4 years of experience in radiology. Minimum 2 years (preferably 5 years) IT and/or Health Care background.
Specific forecasting experience, understanding the different forecasting techniques. Experience in using workforce management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication. You are a sharp, self starter with a technical curiosity.
