The purpose of this role is to profitably increase premium writings in our retail book of business which consists of leading middle market retailers that generate premiums exceeding $200,000 and to use consultative selling skills to select qualified risks and offer pricing with terms and conditions
The company is located in north central Wisconsin but welcomes employees to work remotely. For the first six months, the successful candidate will have to be on site every other week and once per quarter thereafter. Candidates will have a minimum background consisting of the following:
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Excellent technical writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of transit and para-transit scheduling software. Extensive analytical and proven data collection methods.
