Job Summary
A company specializing in life insurance, disability income insurance, car insurance, employee benefits and more has a current position open for a Remote Client Management Professional.
The hired candidate must be able to:
- Lead on developing, executing, and tracking a project plan for both implementation and ongoing account management
- Problem solve on implementations and conference calls
- Be accountable for the end-to-end account management experience of assigned cases which can range from small to over 100,000 eligible members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of account management and customer service experience
- Life and Health License will be required within a specified time
- Strong computer skills are preferred
