Job Summary
An American managed health care company is in need of a Remote Contract Negotiator in Virginia.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working to design, develop, contract, maintain and enhance relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers
- Being accountable for all aspects of physician recruitment and contracting as well as ad/hoc network contracting
- Re-negotiating or negotiating solo, complex group, hospital-based and large entity physician contracts in support of network quality, availability and financial goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Four to six years experience in credentialing
- Four to six years experience in provider relations
- Four to six years experience in physician recruiting
