Job Summary

An accredited, online education program has a current position open for a Remote Latin Adjunct Teacher in Texas.

Must be able to:

• Virtually manage subject-specific instructional programs
• Monitor progress, evaluate work, run online instructional/tutorial sessions, and provide academic guidance
• Complete work related responsibilities through a combination of regular office hours during the school day in conjunctions with hours scheduled outside the normal school day

Required Skills:

• Highly qualified and certified to teach Latin in Texas
• Hold a current TxVSN approved Online Instructors Training certificate or be prepared to obtain one immediately upon hire
• Strong technology skills
• Must own a computer with high speed Internet access
• Must maintain posted office hours for at least three hours per week
