Job Summary

A company focused on education has a current position open for a Remote Learning Coach Instructional Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Seeking new and innovative ways to support learning coaches in working with their students
• Working to ddentify and support initiatives to provide learning coaches with the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with each other on topics related to supporting and facilitating student learning
• Getting ongoing feedback from learning coaches to assess their needs as it relates to supporting their student with their academics

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum, training, or related field
• Three years experience teaching or training adults
• Sincere enthusiasm for working with adult learners
• Strong knowledge of 21st century instructional design and teaching and learning processes for K12 and adult learners
• Experience using online platforms to deliver synchronous training
