Job Summary
A community-based, non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Program Liaison in New York.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing outreach and intake for obtaining referrals
- Collecting participant information, determining eligibility, and facilitating enrollment
- Helping build positive relationships with referral sources and staff to support communication and collaboration
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or other relevant field
- One years experience in health care operations
- Experience must include at least one year working in the field
- Must have working knowledge of smartphones and tablet technology
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong follow-up skills
