Job Summary
A resort is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reservation Sales and Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing great customer service to guests
- Working on reservations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Professional and delightful phone manner
- Minimum high school or equivalent
- Working knowledge of computers and the Internet, which includes but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, comfortable toggling between programs
- Good keyboarding skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to work a varied schedule
