Job Summary
A non-profit organization dedicated to preventing cruelty towards animals has an open position for a Home Based Senior Research and Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Train and support stakeholders in implementation of research for R&D
- Manage projects, assess and conduct research with direction from supervisor
- Develop systems to evaluate program and process success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of two years experience in each of the following:data management, managing projects with other departments or agencies, animal sheltering and supervising others
- Must have experience with shelter or spay/neuter software programs
- Must have strong knowledge of and experience with PC computers, basic office software, e-mail and Internet searches
- excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, meticulous and have strong analytical skills
