Job Summary
A provider of human resources software and services is filling a position for a Remote Service Delivery Manager in Fountain Valley-Gardena, California.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving customer loyalty by cultivating and effectively establishing customer relationships
- Focusing on client retention, loss prevention and eliminating concessions
- Coordinating with other SDMs to create a frequent communication
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Five years experience in the field of employee or participant services
- Strong relationsip management and project management expertise, analytical skills and the ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Industry experience in HR, Payroll or Time & Attendance
- Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas/organizations to deliver a seamless experience for the customer
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills required
