Job Summary
A document management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Process Lead in Rochester, New York.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for the overall quality of end-to-end process and workflow in support of analyzing and enhancing GTS business processes
- Participating in all aspects of GTS business process analysis and design
- Working on the measurement, development and implementation of workflow improvements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
- Four years experience in project or customer management with proven success
- Familiarity with program management and information technology services delivery methodologies
- Execution of business process review, improvement and re-engineering activities a plus
- Previous Six Sigma experience
