Job Summary

A document management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Enterprise Process Lead in Rochester, New York.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for the overall quality of end-to-end process and workflow in support of analyzing and enhancing GTS business processes
• Participating in all aspects of GTS business process analysis and design
• Working on the measurement, development and implementation of workflow improvements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Four years experience in project or customer management with proven success
• Familiarity with program management and information technology services delivery methodologies
• Execution of business process review, improvement and re-engineering activities a plus
• Previous Six Sigma experience
